Frequently Asked Questions

Is special training required to operate Field Lift Pro™?
Field Lift Pro™ is designed easy, intuitive use. However, we will provide detailed training videos for proper use and safety protocols.
How does Field Lift Pro™ improve safety in lifting operations?

The system incorporates multiple safety features:

  • Engineering rated for 15,000 pounds per lift - far exceeding typical requirements
  • Dual check valves in each lift to maintain hydraulic pressure
  • Automatic pressure maintenance system in case of hose failure
  • Safety pin system for secure long-duration lifting
Should I choose the four-jack or six-jack system?

The choice between systems depends primarily on your module specifications:

  • Module length and deflection requirements are key factors
  • Four-jack systems may suit shorter modules
  • Most factories opt for six-jack systems for maximum versatility
  • Consult your engineering team for specific recommendations based on your module designs
How mobile is the jack system?

The Field Lift Pro™ is designed for maximum mobility:

  • All components feature built-in wheels for easy movement
  • Power unit includes a mobile cart
  • Integrated forklift pockets on all components for loading/unloading
  • Efficient trailer transport capabilities
Can the system be used in field settings?

Yes, the Field Lift Pro™ is field-ready with several features for outdoor use:

  • Oversized tires for rough terrain navigation
  • Wide, stable base platform for various ground conditions
  • Designed for stability on semi-unstable surfaces
  • Easily transportable via trailer to field locations
  • Forklift-compatible design for quick setup and breakdown
What is the total capacity of the 4-unit and 6-unit lift systems?
The 4-unit lift system has a total lifting capacity of 60,000 lbs, while the 6-unit lift system can handle up to 90,000 lbs. Both are designed for heavy-duty modular construction projects.
What is the total capacity of the 6-unit lift system?
The 6-unit lift system has a total capacity of 90,000 lbs, offering even more lifting power for larger modular projects.
What is the minimum clearance required for insertion?
The minimum clearance required is approximately 10 inches. This is the space needed from the face of the lift plate, where the module rim joist rests, to the furthest point of the lift (the base plate).
Is there a demonstration video available for the 4-unit and 6-unit lift systems?
Yes! You can view a full demonstration of the lift systems in action on our Field Lift Pro&trade Video page.
Can I access a spec sheet, pricing details, and a video demonstration?
Yes, we provide spec sheets, pricing information, and video demonstrations. Visit our Field Lift Pro™ page for all the details.
Are the lifts auto-leveling?
No, each lift levels independently within its section for precise modular alignment.
Can all lifts be raised simultaneously with a single button?
We’re currently confirming this feature with our latest remote model. Stay tuned for updates.
What does transportation of the lifts look like for job sites?
Each lift is equipped with forklift slots for easy loading, or you can use a trailer with a ramp to roll the lifts onto the decking for job site transport.
How are the lifts powered?
The lifts are powered by a gas-powered hydraulic motor, with hoses connecting the motor to each lift unit.
Is the motor fuel injected or carbureted?
The standard power unit on the Field Lift Pro is a carbureted 270cc Honda motor. The smallest fuel-injected Honda model that would work is the V Twin GX630, which is larger and requires an external fuel tank. This is available as an additional upgrade feature. If you would like to upgrade to this system, please contact us for pricing information on this option.
How much does it cost to purchase two additional units later?
The cost for two additional lift units is $18,000.
What does the 15,000 lbs label on the lift refer to?
The 15,000 lbs is the lifting capacity per unit. For example, the 4-unit system lifts up to 60,000 lbs, and the 6-unit system lifts up to 90,000 lbs.
Do you have detailed dimensional drawings for the lift system?
Yes, we can provide more detailed dimensional drawings to assess the feasibility for your specific on-site or factory use.
What are the power requirements for each lift jack?
The lift system is powered by a hydraulic power motor housed on a cart, which connects to and powers all 4 or 6 lifts. Pricing includes the power system, hose lines, and lifts for both field and factory use.
